Letter from E. L. Kammerer to R. A. Young of the U. S. Department of Agriculture Bureau of Plant Industry. Mr. Kammerer notes that Mr. Young's letter to Mr. Teuscher was returned to him from the Royce Thompson Arboretum, where Mr. Teuscher is now located. Mr. Kammerer writes that the Morton Arboretum has successfully tried Castanea mollissima trees and requests any they have available to send. He also notes that the Arboretum would be happy to have any surplus trees that become available.
