Walter Eickhorst worked at The Morton Arboretum from 1931-1977 as Label Man and Stenographer (1931-1943, 1945-1952), Assistant Curator of Collections (1953-1963), Field Manager, Cultivated Plants (1962), and Curator of Cultivated Plants (1963-1977).
