Oral history interview with Walter Eickhorst discussing his memories of The Morton Arboretum while driving through the West Side. Interview conducted by Kurt Dreisilker (Manager of Natural Resources, Collections and Grounds). Recorded in two parts.

Walter Eickhorst worked at The Morton Arboretum from 1931-1977 as Label Man and Stenographer (1931-1943, 1945-1952), Assistant Curator of Collections (1953-1963), Field Manager, Cultivated Plants (1962), and Curator of Cultivated Plants (1963-1977).
