Letter from C. E. Godshalk to N. A. Bryan saying Miss Biddle, editor of the Garden Digest magazine, would like to borrow a cut from the last picture bulletin. In the past, she has borrowed pictures which she has promptly returned. Godshalk can see no harm in loaning the cut as long as the Arboretum is credited in the publication. He will write Miss Biddle saying that she will get the cut or hear from Mrs. Bryan if Mr. Morton objects. She would like the cut of Fothergilla major.
Handwritten in pencil on letter: "Mr Morton Are you agreeable to the loan? B"
