Letter from C. E. Godshalk to Norma Bryan (Secretary to Founder) stating he has not yet received the halftone, but he will return it to her once Mrs. Dines is through with it. It was his impression that Number I, Bulletin V was made as inexpensively as possible in order to give it out for free. He discouraged Mr. Morton from making it more elaborate as he originally wanted to do, so it could be given out freely. He asks Bryan to ask Morton for his opinion. He encloses another subscription.
