Letter from Norma Bryan to Clarence E. Godshalk. Mr. D. Victor Lumsden of the American Horticultural Society will be put on the Free List to receive the Bulletin if they are willing to exchange Bulletins. They were not on the Free list last year. She indicates they are narrowing the free list to focus on those who exchange items (plants or Bulletins) or those with limited ability to pay. Mr. Morton wishes to have the lists maintained in his office. Bryan will update Miss Maxfield, who is a new employee, on this. Bryan sends a nice note with each subscription, Free or Paid.
