Letter from Sterling Morton to Clarence E. Godshalk, thanking him for taking care of the Lake Forest plants. He's glad to see Mr. Baker is back from his ranch in Wyoming. Now that the Lacey and Johnson lands are clear Godshalk can begin to work on them. "It will be interesting to see what comes back in the way of underbrush in the Johnson woods which have been so heavily pastured for so many years." The fall classes look very interesting. Mrs. Watts is 'most ingenious.' Please keep on Mrs. Zurcher and Mr. Baker on the building program. He compares flights on several airplanes.
