Letter from Sterling Morton to C. E. Godshalk saying he finds himself in agreement about the picnickers. Morton believes the Arboretum should have a patrolman on practically all the time, especially during the summer. He could stop the picnicking. He is glad to hear the confusion over the clover leaf will be cleaned up this weekend with additional men at the entrance and more signs. He suggests that Godshalk, Tony, and other staff members create a simple code of rules. He is turning over some stocks to the Arboretum to pay for the pillars, director's trip, and other improvements.
