Impatiens capensis Meerb. (orange jewelweed). Impatiens capensis (Jewelweed, Touch-me-not) has a long pale orange throat with dark-orange spotted petals forming lips that serve as landing pads for pollinators. It has dark green leaves. Impatiens capensis is native to northern and eastern North America.
