Moluccella laevis L. (Bells-of-Ireland), flowers. Moluccella laevis (Bells of Ireland) has tiny white flowers at the center of each bell or cup formed by light green calyces. The calyces are densely packed along the tall stem. Light green, ovate, deeply veined leaves with rounded teeth along the edge alternate between the calyces.
