Letter consulting The Morton Arboretum about the viability of planting Ginkgo, Oriental Plane or English Elms in an environment that would expose the trees to prevailing winds that carry soot fumes and other industrial debris. The planting would be at the Cleveland Mall. Stating examples from St. Louis, Pittsburg and Philadelphia.
