Letter to Mr. Godshalk agreeing with the viewpoint of Mrs. Morton and the directors wishing to close the estate on Sundays due to the class of visitors. That, he, Mr. Menz experienced an incident at his home after an editorial by the editor in a local paper caused a crank to dump garbage on his lawn.
Mr. Menz  and his committee would consider it a privilege to visit the grounds if permitted, and there would be no cause for concern.
