Letter from Larry Thompson of Wheaton College to Raymond Brand inquiring if he has any knowledge regarding the theory that trees can serve as a barrier to the spread of communicable disease.

The letter contains a handwritten note to Arboretum staff asking for their input, and a handwritten note from Michael Stieber to Ray Brand suggesting he consult an abstract which is no longer with the original document.
