Topographic survey made 1921-1922. True elevations are given. Collection has varied issuances made during the survey. Final version has title statement centered at top of map. It shows the date as follows: "Aug. 1921 - MCH 1922". Preliminary versions show title in lower righthand corner of map and give Aug. 1921 only as date. Areas surveyed and completion of topographical detail vary in preliminary issuances. Water levels of the East Branch of the Dupage River are indicated for October 11, 1921.
