Pseudotsuga menziesii ‘Hillside Gold’ (Hillside Gold Douglas-fir), leaves are pectinate with v-shaped arrangement between the two lateral sets straight 1-1.5" long thin shining green gray-green to blue above with 2 white bands of stomata beneath, needles smell of camphor when bruised, male cones measure 0.8 to 1.2 inches long dispersing yellow pollen in spring
