Description
Ceratostigma plumbaginoides Bunge (leadwort), groundcover perennial 8-12" tall spreading 12-18", flowers are borne in small dense terminal groups corolla 1" long by 1/2" across deep blue colored with sepals and bracts strongly ciliate, leaves are alternate broadly obovate to 3" long tapering at base glabrous except for a strongly ciliate margin
