Acer japonicum ‘Aconitifolium’ (Fern-leaved fullmoon maple), magnificent tree with rounded bushy habit 8-10' in height, one of the most beautiful of all fall colors, leaves are opposite simple roundish 3-6" across, lobes extend to 1/2 or 1/4" of the end of the petiole each lobe (9-11) being again divided and sharply toothed, magnificent crimson fall color
