Letter from C. E. Godshalk to Sterling Morton saying he will meet Morton in Chicago to discuss the road suggestions. Godshalk is currently in the hospital after surgery, but expects to be released the next day. Mr. Larson has analyzed the soil under several different plants, and he has offered his opinion on what is wrong with the soil. Godshalk thinks his conclusions are reasonable. He will give the report to Morton when he sees him. These tests may become the basis for future major research. Tony will take the photo of Paul Morton's portrait that Morton had requested.
