Letter from C. C. Wiggans to Joy Morton concerning to carriages for loan. The Board met and discussed the matter and concluded that the carriages have little connection to Arbor Lodge and there is limited space available to store them but considering the connection to the Morton family would be willing to take them. They would not to be able pay for the cost of transporting them however. Also Governor Weaver is proposing changes to the department and maybe placed under the administration of the State Park Board.
