Letter from C.E. Godshalk to Mrs. Joy (Margaret) Morton stating he would delighted to oversee the opening of Thornhill and the Trom house. He gives the measurements of the heights of the windows from the floor in the Trom house as Mrs. Morton requested. He informs her he is still deciding on the location for the Trom garden, John Kleppe's issues with water in his basement, and that Rudolph, John, and Arnold have been working on the new greenhouse.
