Letter from C. E. Godshalk to Sterling Morton updating him on the joint Kiwanis Club/Morton Arboretum Christmas Toy Project, the Arboretum's Christmas party, and on the Rotterdam Horticultural Show. W.D. Teague and Associates, the designers for the American part of the show, has definite ideas about the exhibit which don't mesh with the Arboretum's original vision. Although it will contain the information they wanted, it will be a graphic and pictorial exhibit only, without the intimate feel they had hoped to provide. He also discussed the financing of the exhibit. Mr. Blood, from the design firm, offered the Arboretum the opportunity to exhibit several very large black and white photos. Godshalk is in the process of finalizing their travel arrangements to Europe. Godshalk suggested a good compact tripod for traveling to Morton.
