Letter from Sterling Morton to Joy Morton updating him on a recent trip to the farm. The ice is in. Should be able to hire men at a reasonable rate for spring clean up. Much detailed discussion of tree planting, varieties, locations, spacing.  Detailed discussion of water movement throughout, using the ponds with a windmill which serviced the farm and an additional motor pump.
