Pinus peuce Grisebach (Balkan pine), leaves in bundles of 5 remaining 3 years densely bundled 3-4" long by 1/36" wide apex pointed straight rather stiff margin finely toothed both inner sides with 3-5 stomatiferous lines densely borne pointing forward dark green on upper side and grayish green on inner surfaces, sheath to 3/4" long quickly falling, cones are terminal short-stalked solitary or 3-4 together spreading or deflexed nearly cylindical 3-6" long light brown and resinous
