He offers a tentative schedule and requests either Godshalk or Kammerer lecture on the forest plots at the Arboretum, then lead a tour of the Arboretum. He also requests that the bulletin issue that covered the forest plots be sent to several people. He ends by stressing these visitors are men of substantial importance.
