Mr. Schulz is to receive $1200 in cash and 10 cords of wood per winter for 5 years. He doesn't understand the $2000 sum mentioned by Stearns and Jones. He assumes the Arboretum will issue the check to Schulz and Sterling Morton will reimburse the Arboretum as a contribution. Please verify.
